Join us for an insightful day for commissioners and leaders, helping them to explore the various challenges that they may face in their role.

There will be many interesting and helpful sessions surrounding various situations that you may face, which you can use in your guiding role and wider. These include: our Transgender Policy, what to do when adults fall out, how to deal with complaints, how to safeguard vulnerable adults, and much more!

You will also get the chance to end the day with some light-hearted fun! What will you do? Take a tour of the Waddow Grounds? Do a bit of Bushcraft? Get your thinking caps on with an Escape Room activity? Or enjoy a spot of tea and cake with Julie, our region chief commissioner?
